Wind in the Willows
Theatrical and musical talent at Clayesmore Prep has always been a strong feature and this, combined with the energy and commitment of the staff, inevitably results in outstanding performances in the concerts and shows produced every year.
Wind in the Willows, that classic tale, was no exception this term. Staged by the junior department, the production was a heart warming compilation of dance, musical numbers, comical performances and wonderful solo performances. The colourful and authentic costumes, fit for any professional theatre, were assembled by Mrs Cottenden, mum to Bia, one of the cast. They were certainly worn with pride and brought a great sense of occasion to all the youngsters who each played their part to the full.
